Quality policy

The Board of Directors of Condensadores lndustriales S.L. hereby publishes its Quality Policy, for the general knowledge and compliance of all its employees and for the knowledge of our customers, suppliers and all interested parties. This policy is based on the following points:

1. We want to be a leading company in the scope of:

• Production of capacitor banks and automatic equipment for the correction of the power factor in low voltage.
• Marketing of spare parts associated with such equipment
• Commercialization of active harmonic filters in low voltage

2. With our technology we will anticipate the needs of our customers, with the aim of obtaining their satisfaction.

3. Within this satisfaction we will include both the quality of our products and that of our service, keeping control of both the products supplied externally and the subcontracted service and this is based on a relationship of respect, trust and commitment with both our suppliers and our creditors.

4. In reference to our activity and in reference to our products, we will always comply with the rules and legal provisions in force.

5. To achieve the desired levels of quality, we will provide our employees with the necessary training to be up to the current technology and we will provide them with a suitable job.

6. We will direct our management to a system of continuous improvement, based on the knowledge of the indicators of the key processes of our company.
